In the united states, 2020, Asians have the highest median income at $94,903 US. while black Americans have least at $45,870 US.

This is a factor that might also affect how much you earn. Or really what is a good salary for you. Is this fair, maybe no. but this is the reality that you should factor when deciding what is a good salary for you as a single woman.

As seen in table below, your education level can greatly influence how much you earn. 

In this respect, a single woman with a Bachelor’s degree should be ready to settle for less pay than a married woman or even a male colleague with a Master’s degree.
